1ST ROUND PGL SUCCESS 

The PGL gala is an opportunity for our swimmers to compete as a team across a mixture of individual 25m, 50m & 100m races, age group relays and an explosive multi-age relay where the noise levels build as all the clubs cheer on their teams.

CPAC proudly secured a third position in the PGL team gala tonight at Worcester. Across a total of 38 races the team held their own against tough competition. Many of our younger swimmers getting experience on the blocks, in their distinctive orange Phoenix hats, for the first time. 

26 personal best swims by our swimmers tonight. We are really proud of all the team!

We cannot wait to host the 2nd round in Cheltenham on Saturday 7th March.
